Tracy Pulley – Medicaid Program Manager

A graduate of East Carolina University (BS, 2003), Tracy has worked at W.G. Alexander & Associates since 2006. She serves as a liaison for clients & nursing homes. She is originally from Faison’s Old Tavern. Tracy currently lives in Wake Forest with her husband & two daughters.

Ann Benson – Client Relations Manager

A graduate of East Carolina University, Ann has been with W.G. Alexander & Associates since 2010. She is a native of Concord, North Carolina. She worked previously for 20-plus years in the field of mental health & developmental disabilities. Ann is married and currently lives in Raleigh; they have one daughter and one grand-daughter.

Colleen L. Leggett – Chief Operations Officer & Team Leader

A graduate of the Paralegal Studies program at Durham Technical Community College, Colleen joined W.G. Alexander & Associates in March 2018 as Bill’s Executive Assistant, performing many of his paralegal duties. She is a native of Washington, D.C. and came to Raleigh after living in Florida for fourteen years where she assisted her Mother after her Father died. She worked previously for over 25 years in hospitality and retail management. Colleen has two sons and currently lives in Zebulon with her husband.

Melissa Truelove – Senior Paralegal

A graduate of NC State (BA-Psychology) and current student of Meredith College’s Paralegal Program, Melissa joined W.G. Alexander & Associates in March 2019. She is a Raleigh native and has previously done research with NC State’s Forensic Psychology in the Public Interest Research lab, studying the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) program. Melissa currently lives in Raleigh with her husband, two cats, and bearded dragon.
