We are committed to serving our clients and community. Over the upcoming weeks, many of our clients and their families may find themselves in need of assistance regarding estate planning, asset protection, and estate documents. Per Executive Order No. 121 issued March 27, 2020, Legal Services are considered an Essential Service. You are permitted to visit our office. If you are concerned about traveling to our office for a scheduled appointment, a telephone conference and/or video conference with the attorney can be arranged and is encouraged. In addition, you may also choose to reschedule your appointment.
Document signings cannot take place via video conference. We are still conducting signing appointments as scheduled. If we change the way we conduct document signings, we will notify you via phone or email with new procedures as we implement them.
Please be assured that our office is sanitized each morning and in between client appointments. Your health and comfort are of the utmost importance to us.
If you have a sore throat, fever, chest tightness, shortness of breath, cough, or have been around anyone feeling unwell or diagnosed with Covid-19, or have traveled out of the country since March 1, 2020, please do not visit our office. Please call us to arrange a telephone call or video conference, or to reschedule for a later date.
Please note, more of our staff will be working remotely and the staff physically present in the office may not be immediately available due to assisting other clients. We may change office hours with little notice. If you plan on visiting the office without an appointment, please call (919) 256-7000 to confirm someone will be available. Please be patient while we work together to find a new “normal.”
You can always email the office (WGA@WGALaw.com) if you can’t reach us via phone.
